Refund policy

At Priyasaagaram, every product goes through a strict quality check before being dispatched. However, if you receive a product with a genuine defect, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange, subject to the conditions below.


Eligible for Return/Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery, only in the following cases:

  •       Tear or physical damage in the saree
  •        Incorrect length from what was mentioned in the product description
  •       Missing blouse piece, if it was stated to be included

To initiate a request, please email our Customer Care Team with:

  •        Order ID
  •        Clear photos of the issue
  •        Description of the defect

Note: The acceptance of a return or exchange is at the sole discretion of the Priyasaagaram team after reviewing the case.


Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  •        Change of mind or dislike of the product after ordering
  •        Color variation due to screen or device settings
  •        Return requests made after 24 hours of delivery
  •        Products that are used, washed, or altered
  •        Cancellation requests after the product is shipped
  •        Multiple exchanges for the same order (only one exchange is permitted)

Our product images are taken under neutral lighting, and while we strive to match colors accurately, slight differences may occur due to monitor settings. These are not considered defects.


⚠️ Important Return Conditions

  •       Sarees must be returned in original condition and packaging, including tags and folds.
  •        Any signs of usage or tampering will lead to rejection of the return.
  •        Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 working days.
  •        Exchange is a one-time facility only. Repeat requests will not be entertained.
  •        This policy is non-negotiable and applies to all orders.
